Note:
1- the poor defined double ring chorionic sac located at the upper fundal area of uterine cavity (eccentric position),
2- the chorionic tissue irregularities with a chorio-decidual separation at the left corner of the sac,
3- the echo free space between the chorionic cavity and amnion with
4- lack of defination of the early embryonic primordium within the amniotic cavity.
